The project includes 27 inclined exploration boreholes targeting to delineate the HW and FW boundary of the talc deposit at Rodoretto U/G mine. The project includes also some difficult subhorizontal boreholes. Host rocks includes mica schists (locally fractured and weak with talc-filled joints) alternating with hard quartz-rich gneissic material. Due to the hard-soft nature of the deposit and host rock, the project is anticipated to be highly demanding.
